I accept the insurance carriers outlined below.

If I do not take your insurance then I can bill you directly and I will submit your payment to your insurance carrier through their 'out-of-network' plan. For PPO plans the insurance carrier will typically reimburse 60% or more of each visit.  

Finally, if you do not have insurance or your insurance does not offer therapy to you, I can work with you to offer you a cash option for your visits.
